Though we may take care for the food items, emotional eating may arise and that cancels all are control. Emotional eating is actually kind of eating common in women that leads to extreme intake. The best way to handle emotional eating is through exercise. You can do daily workouts not just for you to lose weight effectively, but to promote a very good control of hormonal imbalance, anxiety and stress. Exercise also promotes healthy release of endorphins and other positive hormones that make you feel elated.
